This song blessed me this morning, an oldie, but a goodie!
What I got from this is that we're not just standing for the sake of standing, with no premise.
When we stand, we stand on the promises of GOD!
"Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;"
Eph. 6:14-15
The peace is the promise. The peace is in the New Covenant, in Yeshua Hamashiack!
When we're standing in The Lord's will, we're standing with liberty and freedom!
"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and don't be entangled again by a yoke of bondage." - Gal. 5:1
