Where there is lack of vision, the people perish. –Proverbs 29:18.
You might be perishing tired, bitter, and frustrated with life for nothing else
but lack of vision right now. I know because it happens. Get the vision from
God by spending time in prayer and meditation. Take time to center
yourself.
I was just telling a friend on the phone that being “in synch”
with God is better than seeking balance. We have so much that we deal with on a
daily basis, like work, school, kids, relationships, etc. Sometimes it can be
overwhelming to keep it all in line properly. However, if you’re in synch with
God, it’s not a juggling act you have to perform. You can do a lot more. Being
directed is much more effective than trying to handle it alone. Balance is not
the key, synch is. When your spirit is in synch discipline will come naturally.
We know what we need to do. Sometimes we just don’t do it.
Get in line and get in love with God. This happens by spending just a little
bit of time in the presence. Make it a priority.
Society gives us so much on our plate to juggle and handle. And
everyone wants to know the answer to the billion-dollar question. Can you have
it all…Career and Family happiness? Well yes. I believe you can. The key is not
balance, the key is synchronicity.
There is no pressure in synch. Scripture also says: “For my
yoke is easy, and my burden it light.” When your job or calling has you working
like cattle and you have 50,000 other things to do. Remember the words: “Come
to me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” “Learn
of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your
souls.” –Matthew 11: 28-30
Get to know God, that's where you find your joy in the storm
and the ability to walk on water, where you make the impossible possible. May there be peace,
love, and sync added to your life. “Now the God of patience and consolation
grant you to be like minded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: That
you may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ.” -Romans 15:5-6
