In Ezekiel Ch 12 God continues speaking with Ezekiel. He gives Ezekiel an order to pack His things, and every action that follows is a symbol of What God says will come to pass. God says He will bring destruction to the city. Everything that God has said up until now has been a prophecy and a warning for Jerusalem. In this Chapter God makes the final decree that everything he said will no longer be delayed, but come to pass. God says His word will be fulfilled and He uses Ezekiel to tell the people.
"Therefore say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: None of my words will be delayed any longer; whatever I say will be fulfilled, declares the Sovereign LORD.'"
This is the first Chapter where Ezekiel Is given orders of actions to take that will symbolize the prophesy. It is amazing that we are able to correspond with God on such a level that He can use us to prophesy to others. Are you following your calling and letting God use you like Ezekiel?
