GOD bless the child...

Mama may have, papa may have, but GOD bless the child whose got his own... Often our history is a story, a prerequisite to the outcome of our future, thank GOD accepting Christ changes all that. Even if you had parents that made a lot of mistakes and didn't live a successful life, you can. In Ezekiel 18 GOD warns the house of Israel to stop with the notion of : "If  The Father Sins, The son sins too." GOD says:
"...The soul who sins is the one who will die."

basically each man's sin is on his own head. Sure we might have the habit of even unknowingly, making the same mistakes our parents did, but it doesn't have to stay that way. We can embrace GOD because in Him we are made new, we are his children.
"For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son—both alike belong to me."
So if there is any history of mommy issues or daddy issues, put your trust in GOD He will cover you. Also, it is better to be a wicked man who turns to righteousness than it is to be a righteous man who turns to wickedness. The bible says in turning to righteousness your soul will live, in turning to wickedness it will surely die. If righteousness causes our soul to live, why do we sometimes punish ourselves? Familiarity with the world maybe. Whatever the cause living a good life is more beneficial at every turn. We are GOD's children and He wants the best for us. When we sin we've been told that were sinning against GOD, but were really sinning against ourselves.

No matter what your mama did or what your daddy did, the obligation of righteousness is yours and we are free in giving our life to GOD's purpose. "Repent and Live." do the right thing and live, Change your ways and live, give your life to Him and your soul will have life in abundance,.... "A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, lol mama and daddy can't give you that.

*Ezekiel 18

  1. Love this post. So many times people blame the parents for their child's choice especially when the child is an adult. I've learned no matter what happened to me in my past I can control what I choose to do with my future. Yes we all need to get out of the mentality that everything that happened or will happen to us is our parent's fault.
