Trusting the Process

Every time a New Year rolls around, we are excited and filled with all the things that we will accomplish during the year. We prepare ourselves mentally and even try to make things happen in our own strength. Yet when the pressure is on and it looks like our plans our not manifesting as we planned them the 1st of January, our vision becomes cloudy and we may find ourselves in a state discouragement. Sadness may set in. Worry may set in. Even thoughts of suicide may surround us.

Sometimes we have to trust the process in when everything around us is showing us that we should throw in the towel and submit to the darkness. Yet, trust the process. The process that we cannot see is being orchestrated for our good by the Most High God. Pruning hurts period. Feeling pain hurts period. However in order for us to be able to receive the blessings of God in sound mind, we have to move through the process of the pain in order to get to the promise.

Let me break this down a little more. As human beings it is natural for use to want to see the fruits of our labor RIGHT NOW. However, if our circle and environment is not aligned with the promise it will destroy the hard work that we have done thus far. I don't know about you but I am tired of planting, sowing, and watering what has been destined for me and then all of a sudden it's gone. Not in this new season. Not anymore as I am snatching back what is mine physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

As the Word says in Matthew 6:34 (NKJV), “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Take each day one day at a time and see it as another step towards reaching the goals the Most High God has planned only for you. There is no one like you who can do what you do. Therefore, trust the process and be not anxious in well doing as your time is coming (Galatians 6:9).
