I Wanna See You (and me) Be Brave

It's so phenomenal that last night while I was debating whether or not I was operating in fear or wisdom in regard to cancelling The InterSession event that I host, I came across an old video of me telling other people to Be Brave.

It's definitely up to us to Be Brave in this moment in time. After that Kairos moment I was sold on the continued execution of the event, but I will definitely stay prayerful in the matter.

Today I came across these words from Cristine Caine and I think her encouragement is everything! Check it out:

"The constant newsfeed of global health updates, quarantines, and conspiracy theories are fuel for anxiety. News reports imply that everything—from the economy to politics—is bad and getting worse. It’s overwhelming. The daily wear can cause us to lose hope and be consumed by fear.

And yet—even as things shift around us—if we have Christ in us, we can have unshakeable faith. This kind of faith fortifies and enables us to face the storm. It reminds us that Jesus is our rock and mighty fortress. It relies on him who promised to never leave or forsake us.

While this change is not what we planned, we trust God and are grateful to our leaders for the difficult decisions they are making in real time.

Above all, I want to encourage you to:

Stay Calm.

Stay Strong.

Stay Open.

Stay Generous.

Stay Faithful.

Stay Decisive.

Stay Hopeful.

Uncertain times can fill us with fear, but we can believe that God is still trustworthy to carry us through. Remember, the world will always be changing—but God never changes. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8)."

Above all be brave today and in these coming times. Stay focused on GOD's will for you! You can do it!
