Our Defense Against The Evil Spirit Of The Air

Where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty. where the spirit of strife and contention is there is restriction.

Scripture reads: For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. - 2 Cor. 3:17

However, in dealing with spirit we also know that "...according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience." Ephesians 2:2

There are spirits that are not of God. The ruler of the power of the air wants to restrict the very life out of us. because the enemy knows that in our life, our very living that there is power.
How much more powerful when we take it up and use it for God's purpose.

Be mindful, be aware, always consistent in prayer. Prayer, study of wisdom, and spending time meditating in God is a way that we can help cover ourselves from the attacks of the enemy. Knowing the word of God is powerful.

whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.-Phillipians 4:8

We can think on what's right, what's true what's noble according to our own thoughts, feelings and emotions, but what's right true and noble to God? It's in prayer, meditation and studying the bible that we can find this out.

Pray continually, be armed with the word of God, and be aware. The spiritual wickedness is in high places, positions above you. They can resemble trustworthy people, come with "seemingly" good intentions, offer you temptations that you Like, but DISCERNMENT in the spirit is vital! 

Don't be so quick to accept everything you're offered. The enemy wants to trick and trap you. stay strong in the Lord and covered in spiritual armour consistently.
