GOD does not tempt us. Our own lusts and vanity that may be in our hearts tempt us, and they can come from the things we consume, watch and focus our attention on other than GOD's will
"But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, brings forth death. - James 1:14-15
The reward for sin is death, the gift of GOD is ETERNAL life. Even experiencing that eternal life in our temporal beings. It fills us with strength, energy, and hope. The spirit of GOD revives our bodies. It brings peace to our minds, and liberation for our souls.
Use your freedom to focus on the things of GOD. Be not entangled with the weight of sin! Stay focused!
Our job is to stay focused on GOD's will. When we stay focused, GOD helps us and gives us life, and the energy that we need to go forward, and live the life that is intended and purposed for us in GOD's will.
