Have you ever been in a place that you were ready to get it done? Are you tired of going through the same situations over and over again without a resolution? Maybe you are like me where you are celebrating the journey of others while comparing your lack their of to others?
We all want the outcomes but not the work. Life can be challenging and the tests that comes through our processes can me downright excruciating. Think about that last heartbreak. How did it make you feel? Hard right.
God is for ever faithful in showing us HIS love every step of the way even when we don't understand what he is doing or get upset when we can't sense his presence. Yet he is with us. Psalm 46:1 (NIV) tells us that "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble". He is with us both in and out of the storms of life.
If you haven't done so in awhile or never considered doing this before, take the time to celebrate the small steps in your journey. Let your mind be at ease knowing that God is your strength. Seek his face daily and let him know how you feel. Wait on his instructions as he knows the beginning, middle, and end of your life story. Just know that every part of your journey, highs and lows, are setting you up for the best outcome. Don't give up hope or your faith in God. He cares for you.
