Coach Jennifer: "You Will Make It!"

Encouraging, Positive words shared from Coach Jennifer on her Facebook.

"I know you have been in this position for so long, your critics have had a field day at your expense, your friends have spread thin and you feel all alone but hear me! You are never alone because God is always right there with you. If you look close enough there is someone still standing with you, be thankful and the end is not here because you are still standing. God will surprise all your critics by proving them wrong! your thinning friends by showing them your healing and prosperity and YOU by showing you his faithfulness. Stay strong! The Lord will deliver you with his out stretched RIGHT hand. Psalms 18 is for you today. read it.
You will make it because God said so and you are going to arise with boldness and go forth without fear because you heard him and you believe. This week you will excel and come into an abundance of blessings. Stay focused."
Coach Jennifer also came from Matthew 18 in her awesome Sunday message:
"It's Not Personal" Check It Out!

How to Be Blessed In Bad Times

The idea that we run into trouble only because of evil or doing wrong things is not completely true, the Blessing will also cause us to meet with trouble and come into a night season, but what we do in our night season and how we respond to it determines what type of Morning we will meet.

In the passage, Jacob had been traveling all day and the night finally came upon him, He is tired so he stops to rest, In a recent sermon Pastor Jennifer emphasized that you have to have trust, to even rest in the type of environment Jacob was in. He was in the woods, in the middle of nowhere, with hungry wildlife all around him... in the dark of night. Her Message was taken from Jacob's life. (Genesis 28:10-20...)

Jacob, had issues and in the night God introduced himself to Jacob, because he had to have confidence for where he was going. God gave Jacob the blessing himself and introduced him to a place of covenant. Let your night build you and know that God has got you covered. God will be with you until everything he promised has come to pass. Because of the promise you can endure.

There will be trouble that comes because of the blessing on our lives, but waiting in God gives us the strength to bring it full circle, letting the vision come to life in all it's glory. Jacob rested on a rock... of all things. It's unheard of for someone to rest on a rock, but He was coming in contact with the spirit of Christ, his blessing. A rock or Stone is representative of the Chief cornerstone. (Psalms 118:22

After Jacob arose from his vision He was shaking with fear and Awe. He said: “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware of it.” 17 He was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven.” Jacob names the place, accordingly and sets it up as a pillar and place of worship and meeting God.

What's striking is that Jacob described it as "the gate of heaven" keep in mind that it was revealed to him in his "night" season and the time of him transitioning. Change is always rough. Our blessing will bring a "night season" but it's important to remember that God is on our side and He is with us wherever we go. When your night season comes don't look to the left or the right, don't even open your mouth to complain, but trust God, become wrapped up in him and enter into the place of worship.

Sleep in God and trust him, because it's how your joy comes in the morning! You will be energized to continue to engage your blessing with Jacob's boldness and bring it completely to life. Continue to trust God and work to let your aspirations line up with His winning plan for your life.

Motivation: Access Your Best

They overcame him because of the Lamb's blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn't love their life, even to death. -Revelation 12:11

We are saved by Christ blood and by sharing our testimony of  what He accomplished through us, by his choice to give His life.

Live Your Best Life.

Because Christ "Chose" we have the power to make great choices as well. We have the power to overcome the weakness of our flesh.                     Isaiah 53: 1-12

Let your Spirit's will to succeed be stronger than your body's limitations. Jesus Christ victory in the garden of Gethsemane won the power of human will, when He uttered "Lord, Let not My will, but your will be done." We have the power to overcome every sickness, every affliction, every bad habit, when we submit to God's purpose for the life He gave us and take on the strength we gain through the power of Jesus Christ.

It pleased God to bruise Him and It was Christ's CHOICE to die, so that we may LIVE, and live abundantly!! Take up your right to abundance, and take it by force, because your spirit has a kingdom authority and power that holds the key to everything you could ever want! ITS INSIDE OF YOU!! GO FOR IT!! Don't settle for less than the best when the best of LIFE is yours.

Your Testimony and Your Life is all yours... Make The Best Of It!!!

The Influence and possession of Faith

Reading into the title of this post and faith being the substance that it is, it almost sounds like a complete recreational drug. It can be, (see A Good Addiction.) but the Influence and Possession that I'm talking about is really having influence in the heavens and possessing the earth, lessons from my past sunday's sermon notes.

My Pastor is talking about how we as children of God, Abraham's seed are to possess the Kingdom of Heaven and earth. We are moving further into understanding what blessing truely is. We have the ability to move from being blessed to being "The Blessing", the ability not only to hold on to it but dispense it. We can be the reason why other people in the earth are blessed.

However, in the times that we are in the valley and we can barely see how we are gonna make it, let alone possess and be a blessing. We need faith more than ever in those times. It's the times when we are down when we want to use sense knowledge the most, but we should beware of sense knowledge. Sense knowledge is what caused Abraham to lie about his relationship to Sarah when He was in Egypt.
"10Now there was a famine in the land, and Abram went down to Egypt to live there for a while because the famine was severe. 11As he was about to enter Egypt, he said to his wife Sarai, “I know what a beautiful woman you are. 12When the Egyptians see you, they will say, ‘This is his wife.’ Then they will kill me but will let you live. 13Say you are my sister, so that I will be treated well for your sake and my life will be spared because of you.”(Genesis 12: 10-13)
Faith is the only thing that causes us to shift. When we are in the valley is the time that we need faith the most and our own faith is not enough. we need God's faith which he gives freely
"3because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." (James 1: 3-5)

We should allow the faith of God to come in when ours doesn't. Faith is a gift God gives us:
"For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.7For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline." (2 Timothy 1:6)

Stay tuned...can't wait to share more.

Wake Up!

I just watched a video on the web about one conspiracy of Whitney Houston's Death that of it being a planned murder by a satanic cult. When I watched it, it didn't surprise me so much of the existence of such a cult but the fact that a story like this could make it's way to a widely known media outlet. . The video completely freaked me out. After being on edge I realized that this is the stuff that we take for granted everyday. There are spiritual forces of wickedness and foolishness in existence and sometimes we just let them roam over our lives freely without thought, without question.

It's time for all God's children to WAKE UP! get out of the media's dream and into our own destiny in God.  I was a little scared and my mind started thinking about how all the old folks use to talk about "the last days", the craziness that is: the book of Revelations, and if a story about a satanic cult can now make mainstream media where is the world really going... into a war? and into evil days for sure? The truth is it's not that we are going into evil days...We are already here. There is so much darkness that takes place everyday, but we are children of God because we adhere to the light.

It's time to really stand up and fight for our lives, time to become who we authentically are and be a voice for the living God because the world is becoming more desperate. When you begin to hear all this news of darkness and evil cults don't rule them out just take your position. Know whose you are and what you where called to do and let nothing stand in the way of your destiny to become a great soul.

When I saw that video, my soul needed to hear the Gospel and this video came at the exact right moment in divine order even the subject matter as you will see is exactly in the terms of what I was thinking; regarding evil spirits, the last days and the angst of bold Christians:

Put God first his spirit is greater than all others.

Invest Wholeheartedly

How are we really using our most valuable assets our money and our time? Is it investing in the real truth? It is getting more and more important in this information and conceptual age to know the value of truth. We are becoming more surrounded by media. The truth is so valuable, the bible say's "Buy the truth and sell it not." The truth that we get for our lives from God, the info and wisdom that we get from the Word is too valuable to take for granted.

The truth is like money, but it's more valuable Its up to us to keep it, up to us to cultivate it, and make it grow.  Its in this account that we gain the most interest! In tending to and keeping the word that inspires us, the word that is rich, It supplies us and greatly builds our character. It is the gain and promotion that never fails; That can only continue to grow.

When we enrich ourselves in it, and enrich our lives with the knowledge of God, honoring Him first with a close personal relationship and by making Him first not only in speech, but in action then the truth begins to grow and no matter what you've been through, no matter what the current situation is when this truth begins to sprout we adhere to it because "it" is our LIFE. If we sell it to the highest bidding circumstance, It's a sure sign we've lost the richness.

Lets just continue to gain, to get better and better. When we tend with all we have to the word and life of God, not letting it go, its us who will come out on top. Where are you putting your money and time?

Proverbs 23:23

You Betta' Represent!!

As I went about doing chores today, which is something I'll admit that I'm not eagerly fond of doing, thoughts of  doing it my best and not half heartedly, to try and get to what I really wanted to do danced in my head. That song "Do Everything" you do to the glory, was also playing in the tv/radio station that is my brain. My guess is that the song was derived from Colossians 3:23 "whatsoever ye do, work heartily, as unto the Lord, and not unto men;" I cleaned good.... and further as I contemplated what that scripture meant. "Do it because you're doing it FOR God?"  I thought. "probably not, because yes it belongs to GOD, but I'm still doing it for my benefit". Ofcourse whatever we do for GOD is for our own benefit. So intrinsically If I'm doing this to honor God, what gift does he get? How did it benefit GOD for me to do these chores with the best that I had? Simple: Bragging Rights!!

Yes, I said it: bragging rights. When we do a job, any job and we claim to be a child/follower of God it kinda looks bad when it's not done well. Not kinda, it does look bad! No one wants to claim something that's a mess. Being a girl from the south at this point all I could picture was my ghetto/country cousin saying "You Betta' Represent!!" and represent is right. We are a represention of those to whom and which we are related. Whether it be a gang, a clan, a team, or an organization excellence in some form, is not the exception, it is the rule.

To be a good team player takes winning. How much more being the "Body of Christ".  When we do our best in what we do, we are representing God in a positive light. When somebody walks by and see's how amazingly those floors are shined and say's "WOW!" God get's the glory. When we've done a great job people are more inclined to be apart of our team. Being the best helps to effectively witness and minister to anyone. It makes us a standard. I remember it being preached that in order to exalt Job further, God boasted on Him to the enemy.  He practically held up his credentials before the devil
"Then the LORD asked Satan, "Have you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earth. He is blameless--a man of complete integrity...." (Job 1:8)
at the end when Job went through all that turmoil to learn to "really" trust God,  He was increased even greater than before. When we believe in God, we become fit for a blessing. Our credentials make us worthy to represent and we represent because of our credentials; we're God's kids. We're supposed to be great, and do our best because God made us, we are a reflection of Him, we're on His team and we had better represent!

This is my take. What are some other ways and reasons we should do everything we do to the glory of God? In what ways do you honor Him with your works?

Thankful

I am so  grateful and really starting to love my life now. My real life, in this being that God has given me, not the one I have fancied and envisioned for my self all my life which closely resembles the media's estimation of what glamour is. I am now so literally seeing the person that God has made me and the dreams that He has for my life through the gifts that He Has given me. I even see the greatness of the ministry that He has put me  under. It answers so many relevant questions that I have about my relationship with God through Jesus Christ. with that being said I can't get over the message that my Pastor preached this past sunday, It was so Awesome. She was saying that the blood that Christ Shed On the Cross was for God to see Us. Not see the sinful, wrecked us that we were, but see the glorious us, to let His glory be manifested through us in the earth. She referenced from scripture Isaiah 53:10 that It actually pleased the Lord for Jesus Christ to be crucified, for It is In Him that God sees us and we are made new and afresh. Because Jesus Christ died in this very day we have the ability and the power to manifest the glory of God as Jesus did and be sons of God. It is so amazing because while the vision of your life and current circumstances might tell us something else there is always a way that God sees us through the blood of Jesus Christ and that is with POWER. When we believe the report* and cling to the blood of Jesus Christ we are covered and we can see ourselves in a new way despite our history, we are the new person that God sees its up to us to walk in it and line up. When I reflect on this message it makes me so grateful to have Jennifer Osbourne as my Pastor and to have her in my life. She is a true gem. God really put someone in my life that has His fire and the word of truth on their tongue. I am Amazed every time I hear her and It really makes me see the greatness that God has put in me and who I am in Him. And if he has given me a woman of God to sit under that is so profound as this, all I can say is Mmm... smh. I am Thankful!!
