Unleavened Waffles Recipe for Passover Feast

Happy Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread!

Here is the recipe for unleavened waffles. 

1.5 cups Swan's Down Cake Flour

1 dash Cinnamon Powder

1 Egg

4 Tbsp. Butter

1 Tbsp. Sugar

1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

1 Cup Almond Milk

*2 Eggs Should Suffice for Larger Waffle Batches

Add 1 pinch of salt to taste

Butter the waffle iron. You can also use Butter spray.

Let Waffles cook longer than the timer suggests for crispier waffles.
